There is a spacious living/dining room with open fire and beams and the large well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen has an electric Aga, oven and hob, breakfast area, tiled floor, beams and French doors to garden. There is also a utility room and a twin bedded room with beams and inglenook fireplace which is not used. Separate W.C

LIVING/DINING ROOM
A large oak beamed sitting-room with an open log burning fire, satellite television with DVD player. Comfortable sofas. Open plan conservatory and dining area with extending table, looks out over the river and garden with it's abundance of wildlife.

KITCHEN
Large well equipped kitchen by Smallbone of Devises with Aga cooker in addition to the conventional oven, hob and microwave.
